Chicken Rasam...Isn't it looks strange.Why always make fries,biryani,curries with Chicken.. Try this rasam for a change..Hope you like it..

Ingredients:
  • Chicken -- 500gms(fry a little in the open fire take out only inner portions cut into small pieces)
  • Ghee -- 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice -- 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
Grind into paste:
  • Onion -- 1 cup, chopped
  • Coriander powder -- 1 tsp
  • Garlic flakes -- 2
  • Ginger -- 1/2"
  • Cloves -- 2
  • Cardamoms --2
  • Aniseed -- 1/2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds --1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -- 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan
  • Add the grounded masala and let it cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Add chicken pieces with 1 liter of water
  • Boil for some time
  • Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Garnish with Cilatro leaves.
  • Serve hot
